Submitting a project inquiry does not constitute a binding contract or establish a client relationship. Formal client engagements require an executed Statement of Work defining project scope, milestone deliverables, payment terms, and timeline schedules.

3. Demonstration Concepts & Intellectual Property

Portfolio items explicitly designated as "Concept Designs" (such as Aura Medical Aesthetics, Kuro Tattoo Atelier, Vanguard Craft Remodel, and Sève Botanical Salon) are demonstration case studies created to showcase studio capabilities and design rationale. All website layout frameworks, proprietary design assets, typography systems, and trademarks of Avenro Studio remain the property of Avenro Studio unless transferred under client contracts.

4. Client Asset Ownership

Upon complete settlement of agreed project fees, clients retain 100% ownership of final delivered assets, customized website source code, and design files specified in their respective project agreements.

5. Limitation of Liability
